Issues: If there are any issues with your order after receiving it, you will have 24 - 48 hours to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. This is going to keep shipping costs and loss to a minimum and those low costs will benefit you!

SHIPPING

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipping times may be longer during high volume times.

 

Q: How do I cancel/change my order?

A: Every purchase is final.

 

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Exchanges are accepted for any damaged products. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at xklusivehair1000+cs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. Exchanges on used products will not be accepted for sanitary reasons. 

 

Q: My item was stolen, can I get a refund?

A: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

 

Q: I gave an incorrect address, can I get a refund?

A: Unfortunately, refunds are not granted for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
